Wix Filters has introduced a product training and education experience on the latest filtration technologies for customers at the Wix Institute of Filtration Technology in Gastonia, N.C., and online courses through its eLearning Center.
This year marks the 18th year of the Institute, the company says, with classes currently scheduled for Wix brand customers in June, September and November. The Institute is a three-day course that is said to offer the latest information on all types of filtration and products, the systems they are used on and how they are designed and manufactured.
“We are proud to support our customers through our commitment to education with a curriculum that appeals to technicians, fleet managers, educators and distributors, whether it’s at the Institute or through our eLearning Center,” says Paul Bandoly, manager of technical services and customer training at Wix Filters.
Wix says the three-day training curriculum includes:
