Midwest Truck & Auto Parts announced Tuesday a series of updates to its EZ-link online ordering portal.
According to the company, the updated system now enables customers to see inventory in real time for thousands of parts and place orders and track shipments 24/7. Additionally, the updated system features robust, enhanced search capabilities that enable users to search by part numbers, OE numbers, product categories and descriptions, vehicle year/make/model and more.
Other search features include a category drill down search tool and a search by schematic feature, which the company says enables users to view exploded diagrams for transmissions and differentials and select parts. Advanced search filters also have been added to the site.
And when products are found, the company says customers will now see all important usage information, including specs, product interchanges, vehicle applications , warranty information and installation guides.
Midwest Truck & Auto Parts adds customers also can use the updated EZ-link to pay invoices (and view prior orders) and track all order shipments.
