BBB Industries LLC (BBB) has announced the launch of its new online shopping cart.
The shopping cart, https://portal.bbbind.com/Customer/, gives customers the ability to arrange shipments to multiple sites and enables customers to place stock or special orders. In addition, BBB’s customers now can access live inventory for the company’s starters, alternators, hydraulic and air disc brake calipers, power steering products and turbochargers, the company says.
“Our customer service team created the shopping cart based on interactions and feedback received directly from our customers,” says Jenna Dunne, BBB sales coordinator.
“Our goal is to deliver a seamless customer service experience to our distributors by providing online access to inventory and by enabling 24/7 order placement,” Dunne says.
