
The following safety recalls were issued Monday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA):
- Nova Bus Inc. is recalling certain 2019-202 LFS Artic and 2019-2023 LFS transit buses. The driver's speaker hole may have been built with the prime glazing manufacturer DOT code mark missing. These vehicles fail to conform to Federal Motor Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials." NHTSA says 197 units are potentially affected.
- Altec Industries is recalling certain 2022-2025 AT Series, 2021-2025 AN Series, 2020-2026 TA Series, 2021 L Series, 2021 LR Series, 2023-2025 AM Series and 2024-2025 AA Series aerial devices. The ground level emergency stop (e-stop) may not stop hydraulic functions of the machine when it is in ePTO mode. NHTSA says 213 units are potentially affected.
- Oshkosh Corporation is recalling certain 2025 NGDV battery electric vehicles. In cold weather, the high voltage battery contactor may open unexpectedly, causing a loss of drive power. NHTSA says 76 units are potentially affected.
- Endera Motors is recalling certain 2025-2026 Shuttle transit buses. The wheelchair restraint retractor may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. NHTSA says 35 units are potentially affected.
- Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2024 Cougar, 2025-2026 Alpine, 2026 Montana and 2026 Walkabout recreational trailers. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened. NHTSA says 773 units are potentially affected.
- Turtle Top is recalling certain 2026 Terra Transit and Odyssey transit buses. The wheelchair restraint retractor may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. NHTSA says six units are potentially affected.
- Blue Bird Bus Company is recalling certain 2024 Vision school buses. The wheelchair restraint retractor may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. NHTSA says four units are potentially affected.
