The following safety recalls were issued Monday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA):
- Forest River Bus is recalling certain 2026 Champion Bus, 2026 Eldorado, 2026 Glaval Universal, 2025-2027 Senator II, 2026 Starcraft Allstar, 2026 Starcraft Allstar XL, 2026 Starcraft Starlite, 2026 Startrans Candidate II, 2026 Glaval Bus Commute, 2026 Glaval Bus Concorde II, 2026 Glaval Bus Entourage, 2026 Glaval Bus Titan II, 2026-2027 Glaval Bus Universal, 2026-2027 Starcraft Bus Allstar, 2026 Starcraft Bus Allstar XL, 2026 Starcraft Bus Starlite, 2026-2027 Startrans Candidate II models. The wheelchair restraint retractor may not lock. NHTSA says 277 models are potentially affected.
- International is recalling certain 2026-2027 IC Bus EVSB school buses. The mounting bracket bolts may have been improperly tightened, allowing the drive motor to detach. NHTSA says 125 units are potentially affected.
- Volvo Trucks is recalling certain 2026 VAH, 2026-2027 VN, VHD, VNL and 2027 VNR trucks with a Do Not Drive Warning. The wheel lug nuts may loosen and allow the wheel to detach. NHTSA says 155 units are potentially affected.
- Mack Trucks is recalling certain 2026 Anthem, 2026-2027 Pioneer PR, Pinnacle, Granite and 2027 Anthem AN trucks with a Do Not Drive Warning. The wheel lug nuts may loosen and allow the wheel to detach. NHTSA says 644 units are potentially affected.
- Braun Corporation is recalling certain 2026 Ram ProMaster vehicles equipped with Q'Straint's One Combo Belt, part number TX11258-BA. The wheelchair seat belts may have incompatible connectors and fail to properly restrain occupants. NHTSA says 15 units are potentially affected.
