The turntable mounted platform access step may have been improperly welded between the step tube and mounting plate, and allow the step to separate from the vehicle. A step that separates or becomes unstable while in use, increases the risk of a fall or injury. NHTSA says 6,780 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Blue Bird Body Company is recalling certain 2018-2024, 2026 Vision and All American Electric school buses. The high voltage battery system mounting bolts may be loose or missing. A high voltage battery with loose or missing mounting bolts can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. NHTSA says 1,590 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Chrysler is recalling certain 2022-2026 Ram 1500 Promaster, Ram 2500 Promaster, Ram 3500 Promaster, and 2024-2026 Ram 3500 Electric (EV) vehicles. Water may enter the electric power steering wiring harness, which can disable power steering assist. A loss of power steering assist can increase the risk of a crash. NHTSA says 265,512 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Chrysler is recalling certain 2026 Ram 1500 vehicles. The tire pressure monitoring system sensors may fail to detect low tire pressure and/or fail to illuminate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System." A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash. NHTSA says 16,385 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) is recalling certain 2027 Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER C2 and Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER C2 Jouley school buses. NHTSA says 30 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Freightliner Business Class M2 vehicles. The underbody insulation may contact hot exhaust components. Insulation that comes into contact with hot exhaust components increases the risk of a fire. NHTSA says 24 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Forest River is recalling certain 2026-2027 Sunseeker, Solera, and Forester recreational vehicles. The Federal Placard may have incorrect tire inflation listed. A tire can be overinflated after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash. NHTSA says 75 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Greenpower Motor Company is recalling certain 2018-2024 EV Star and 2020-2023 EV Star Mobility Plus buses. A control module interlock software error may allow the bus to move while the wheelchair lift is deployed. The bus moving while the wheelchair lift is in use increases the risk of injury. NHTSA says 94 units are potentially affected by the recall.
