Diesel Laptops will host its second annual virtual trade show this May.
The event is scheduled for May 6-7, and is designed to bring professionals in the heavy-duty industry together without the limitation of location.
While the event will be taking place online, Diesel Laptop says it will still behave much like a traditional, in-person trade show. Attendees will be able to visit booths and speak live to a company representative through the live chat or video call feature. They’ll also have the ability to save product information, videos, case studies, and other marketing collateral to a digital swag bag and send it to themselves for review even after the show ends.
Additionally, Diesel Laptops says the event will feature live and pre-recorded presentations separated into two different tracks. The first track includes presentations, trainings, and live demos aimed more towards shop owners to help them grow their business and the second for diesel technicians to aid them in diagnostics. Diesel Laptops will also be giving away over $50,000 in diagnostic tools, software, swag, and other prizes during the show.
“Connecting with everyone last year during such an uncertain time was a moving experience, and after we closed the (virtual) doors, we knew this event wouldn’t be a one-time thing. Creating a space for people to learn, grow, and connect while also not taking a full day off of work is so important, especially in our industry,” says Tyler Robertson, CEO and founder, Diesel Laptops.
Also like it did in 2020, Diesel Laptops states it will be donating all of the profits from this year’s Virtual Truck Repair Expo to charity.
The Virtual Truck Repair Expo will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET on May 6 and May 7.
