Karmak partners with accounts receivable management firm

Karmak announced this week it has partnered with Billtrust, a business-to-business accounts receivable (AR) automation and integrated payments leader, to expand its business management system’s capabilities by helping dealer customers take control of the order-to-cash process.

Karmak says Billtrust has extensive experience with heavy equipment dealers and was identified as the ideal solutions provider to help Karmak customers take advantage of integrated payment best practices.

“Karmak is committed to enhancing its leading platform with solutions from top providers like Billtrust that already have extensive experience helping customers like ours,” says Craig Grade, business development manager, Karmak. “This exciting partnership helps us provide a complete accounts receivable capability, enabling our customers to get paid faster, improve cash flow and grow their businesses.”

Billtrust’s leading order-to-cash software is now integrated into Karmak’s Fusion platform, beginning with its recent 3.60.30 release, giving customers a complete solution for every AR process including ordering, credit decisions, invoicing, payments, cash application and collections, as well as Billtrust’s Business Payments Network, Karmak says. Billtrust software makes it easier for Karmak customers to get paid with a cloud-based AR platform to drive efficiencies, grow revenue and increase profitability.

According to Karmak client and existing Billtrust customer, Ohio CAT, the automation Billtrust provides has allowed their AR team to concentrate on more strategic initiatives while staying safe during the pandemic.

“Without Billtrust, our staff would still be mired in repetitive task-oriented work,” says Kevin Keefer, controller, Ohio CAT. “I’m pleased that Billtrust automation has allowed us to allow people from our team to work from home, and I’m happy that all of Karmak’s clients will now have access to the benefits we’ve realized for years as Billtrust customers.”

“We’re proud to have been selected by Karmak to help their dealer customers automate their accounts receivable operations,” adds Steve Pinado, Billtrust president. “Digitization is critical to success, and Karmak customers will benefit from industry-leading integrated digital payments capabilities across every touchpoint within the accounts receivables process.”
