Decisiv's ecosystem is growing.
The company announced Sunday during a press conference at ATA's Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) Annual Meeting in Nashville a trio of collaborations with technology providers that will strengthen the capabilities of Decisiv's service relationship management (SRM) solution.
The company's newest partners are Wabash, Diesel Laptops and Truckmore.
Decisiv CEO Dick Hyatt says its new partnership with Wabash, its first with a trailer OEM, will create strong growth opportunities for dealers, bringing SRM capabilities for tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance, communicating during service events and managing service and repair data across the company's dealer service network. The integrated solution also enables delivery of information directly to Wabash fleet customers, and the companies state they are working to integrate parts ordering into the Decisiv SRM to enable dealers with a single point of service.
"Our partnership with Decisiv is founded on helping our dealer network grow their service business by adopting technology solutions," says Cory O'Brien, vice president – Digital Enablement at Wabash. "Decisiv is accelerating time to market through integrations that simplify and streamline the service process by eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies. Our dealers will benefit from these applications that automatically share information."

O'Brien also says Decisiv's established integrations with leading dealer management systems (DMS) as a means of facilitating the ability of Wabash dealers to send SRM data to their DMS. Decisiv SRM is pre-integrated with leading DMS solutions, he says, which allows Wabash to onboard dealers on the platform faster, and without limiting them to only working with one vendor.
"We selected Decisiv to provide our dealer service management platform because of their proven ability to improve service operations, their SRM technology, and their history of supporting large commercial vehicle service networks that handle millions of transactions," O'Brien says. "Those capabilities and the robust Decisiv SRM Ecosystem of connected partners will help our dealers manage service activity effectively, and facilitate uptime for our customers."
In partnering with Diesel Laptops, Decisiv says will now be able to integrate diagnostic scanning data and automate service event case creation, which will allow for more accurate and efficient inputting.
"By integrating Diesel Explorer Pro with Decisiv's SRM platform, we're helping repair facilities and fleets eliminate time-consuming data entry, accelerate repair decisions and get trucks back on the road faster," says Tyler Robertson, CEO at Diesel Laptops. "This partnership is all about reducing downtime and improving efficiency for everyone involved in the service process.
As part of the Diesel Explorer Pro subscription, users will be able to access advanced capabilities including bi-directional commands for diesel particulate filter (DPF) regenerations, aftertreatment resets and emissions tampering detection for Cummins, Detroit and International engines.
"We're proud to work with Decisiv to provide the diagnostic information into the end-to-end service workflow that keeps trucks up and running," Robertson says. "It's a win-win — fleets see less downtime and repair facilities benefit from simpler processes and happier customers."
With the Truckmore integration, Decisiv Vice President and General Manager of Business Development Michael Gibson says fleets can now "more efficiently meet their service needs by requesting service directly to truck dealerships using the Decisiv SRM platform. This capability will help service providers streamline service operations by providing another means of communication with their fleet customers. By improving collaboration during service events, Truckmore's customized mobile app and customer portal solutions are a perfect addition to the Decisiv SRM Ecosystem."

Decisiv says the collaboration will help fleets manage service requests more efficiently, directly connecting them with dealership service networks through their preferred communication channels, including dealer websites, dealer mobile apps, and customer portals. The seamless integration ensures convenience, speedy estimate approvals, transparent communications and improved repair speed for fleets of all sizes, the company says. The integration between also empowers fleets with seamless connectivity to the Decisiv SRM platform through the dealer-branded mobile app, website and customer portal by delivering a streamlined, intuitive service management experience. The company says key benefits include:
- Effortless Service Requests: Initiate service requests in just seconds, accelerating response times and reducing downtime.
- Real-Time Status Visibility: Stay informed with instant updates on request progress, including dealer acceptance and service milestones.
- Centralized Asset Service Management: Easily monitor active cases and pending service requests, all in one convenient application.
"United by a common vision of creating a seamless service journey, we partnered with Decisiv to optimize the process through the customer's communication method of choice," says Tony della Busa, founder at Truckmore. "This powerful collaboration underscores both companies' commitment to optimizing service operations through technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable value to dealerships and their fleet customers."
