As part of the agreement, Karmak will offer AutoNetTV’s suite of digital content and delivery products including Car Care TV (a digital menu board that displays services, pricing and educational content), Car Care Entertainment TV (designed to replace cable TV in the waiting area, with entertaining and educational content), and Car Care Plugin (delivering videos in websites, email, text, and digital inspection tools). The companies say AutoNetTV’s professional videos are proven to boost customer awareness and receptivity to maintenance and repair services, increasing sales and customer retention for dealer and repair shops.
Additionally, Karmak will work with AutoNetTV to provide its custom content creation services, offered through AutoNetTV Studios, to larger service brands, distributors and manufacturers in the commercial vehicle industry, the company says.
