
Assurant Inc. and Arcadium Technologies partnered to offer Assurant's service contracts through Arcadium's customer relationship management (CRM) software.
"This partnership will make it easier for our dealer partners to present our class-leading heavy truck protection products at the right moment in the purchasing journey," says Dennis Alexander, vice president of commercial equipment for Assurant. "That will lead to better-informed buyers, higher attachment rates for dealers and a faster transaction for all involved."
The integration into Arcadium eliminates the need for data entry into two systems, the companies say.
