Introduced last year, the Trailblazer Award follows the Successful Dealer Award template of honoring some of North America’s strongest dealer entities for business excellence, customer service, community engagement, industry stewardship and more.
Graciously sponsored by Procede Software and Hendrickson, the Trailblazer Award will once again be presented at the National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) Convention in October.
Royal Truck & Utility Trailer won last year’s inaugural award, and five more great trailer dealer operations are up for this year’s honor.
Finalists for this year’s award are Central Valley Trailer Repair, Frontline Truck & Trailer, Great Dane Utah, Trailer Equipment and Superior Trailer Sales Company, a division of W&B Service Company.
Trailer Equipment becomes our first ever two-time Trailblazer Award finalist, the Michigan-based dealer also was recognized in 2023. Our other 2024 finalists are all participating in the program for the first time.

Central Valley Trailer Repair has two locations in California and supports Great Dane. Frontline is Doepker Industries dealer and our first Canadian participant with a location in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Great Dane Utah is located in Salt Lake City, and Superior Trailer Sales has 20 locations spread across four states and supports eight trailer brands.

Like last year and our truck dealer award program, finalists for the Trailblazer Award were selected through industry input and dealer responses. Nearly two dozen trailer dealers were nominated for our award during a three-month open nomination period, and our finalists were selected from that group based on the strength of their responses to individual business questionnaires.
Trucks, Parts, Service will profile each finalist in the months ahead and will present the 2024 Trailblazer Award on Oct. 11, during the NTDA Convention in Indian Wells, Calif. For more information about the NTDA Convention, please go to the event website.
