The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Sept. 23, 2024:

Blaine Brothers has named Spencer Dally as CEO, with Dean Dally moving into role of chairman of the company's board of directors as part of an established succession plan.
Dealer Services Network has appointed Daryl Ludvik to chief technology officer and Melissa Spiller has joined the company as vice. president of human resources.
InCharge Energy has added Rich Mohr as chief commercial officer and Zeb Dawson as vice president of service operations.
The VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies has added Joy Nickoloff as program manager.
