Rihm Family Companies recently hosted its inaugural women’s empowerment event, Elevate – Rising Together, bringing together women leaders, dynamic speakers, and interactive workshops to inspire personal and professional growth.

The day opened with a powerful keynote from Kathy Tuccaro, author of Dream Big! whose message centered on empowerment and self-discovery. "You are holding the key," Kathy reminded the audience, urging them to embrace change, overcome fears, and realize their potential. Each attendee received a personalized signed copy of Kathy’s book to continue their self-discovery journey beyond the event.
The event’s panel discussion, featuring Allison Gettings, president and CEO of Red Wing Shoe Company, and Kari Rihm, president and CEO of Rihm Family Companies, addressed the importance of supportive networks and intentional boundaries. “Having a trusted ‘kitchen cabinet’ of friends to rely on is invaluable,” said the panel, emphasizing the importance of connection and self-compassion when navigating life and career.
