Great Dane says the Central Fabrication facility at Terre Haute recently marked two years with no recordable safety incidents.

"The true measure of a great team isn't just what it produces, but it's how consistently it protects the people who make that success possible," says Doug Schultz, plant manager. "More than two years without a recordable injury is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the commitment each member of our Central Fab team brings to work every day. I could not be more proud of this team for making safety more than a priority, they have made it a value."

The Central Fabrication facility manufactures upper couplers for Great Dane trailers. The company says the components are known for their quality and durability.

"Our Central Fabrication team's achievement of working two years without a recordable safety incident reflects an unwavering commitment to looking out for one another, following disciplined safety practices and building a culture where every employee returns home safely," says Mel Cohen, interim CEO. "We are incredibly proud of this milestone and grateful to the team for setting a powerful example of what operational excellence and safety leadership look like across our organization."
