In addition to its Parts, Service and Accounting clinics, KEA Advisors says it has added four new clinics to meet dealer’s business needs: Cores, Sales, General Manager and Full Maintenance Lease and Rental.
According to the company, each clinic features interactive, hands-on education using your dealership as your textbook. A well-balanced blend of practical content, group discussions and relevant exercises empower participants with the operational knowledge needed to implement new ideas and skills when they are back on the job.
