Great Western Leasing and Sales, LLC has acquired Dallas, Texas-based Trinity Trailer Sales & Services, Inc. and Trinity Trailer Rental, LLC. Trinity Trailer, a full-service trailer dealership providing new and used equipment sales and rentals as well as a repair, maintenance and parts solutions.
In addition, Trinity Trailer owns and operates an open deck, heavy-haul, specialized, dump and grain hopper trailer rental fleet.
Sean Norton, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Great Western Leasing, says his company had been looking for an opportunity to enter the Dallas market and expand its overall presence in Texas.
“Trinity’s long-standing position as a top tier dealership in this market makes it a natural fit for us,” he says.
With the acquisition, Great Western Leasing will become the official Transcraft dealer in the Dallas market and will begin distributing the manufacturer’s flatbed and drop deck trailers to local customers.
