GPA Training Inc., has launched the first video in its latest customer resources item — short video tips.

GPA Training says these videos, all less than two minutes in length, cover a broad range of industry concerns related to personnel and customers, such as effective recruiting, addressing the tech shortage, reducing attrition, building a workforce plan, and so forth. Topics also include debunking popular business practices and positions, which are actually counterproductive to industry success, such as “the customer is always right.”

The company says its first video debunks a common business practice regarding training and can be found below.

“We’re excited about this new feature, which will help industry professionals navigate imperative people and customer challenges for which the industry currently has few to no resources,” says Ian Coburn, president and director of learning, GPA Training.  Coburn adds that GPA Training is keeping its videos short to accommodate the busy schedules in the industry.

Videos will often include attached resources with additional information or steps to implement the action advised in the videos, such as this document for the company’s first video.

To be certain to receive news of the release of the latest video, GPA Training says to email [email protected] or follow/connect with Coburn on LinkedIn.
