Dallas Parts Roadshow Automann Karmak

Karmak continued its 2026 Parts Road Show series with a recent stop at Automann’s Texas facility in Duncanville.

The one-day event brought Karmak customers, subject matter experts and Alliance Partners together for an interactive look at Karmak Fusion and practical strategies for strengthening day-to-day parts operations.

The Dallas event marked Karmak’s second Parts Road Show of the year, following the inaugural 2026 event hosted at Automann’s Hiram, Ga., facility. Building on the same collaborative format, Karmak says the Dallas Road Show gave attendees an opportunity to step away from their daily operations and spend a full day exploring Fusion capabilities, exchanging ideas with other users and learning directly from Karmak experts and industry partners.

“What made the Parts Road Show so valuable was how practical the information was. We didn’t just hear about what Fusion can do — we came away with new ideas for improving the way we manage our parts operation. Having Karmak experts, partners, and other Fusion users together in one place created a great environment for learning and sharing ideas,” says Andrew Eagleson, parts operations manager, W&B Service Company.

Sessions throughout the day focused on Fusion advancements, tips and features customers may not be taking full advantage of today, and best practices across key areas including inventory control, purchasing, and pricing. Karmak says the event was designed to provide attendees with information they could take back to their businesses and put into practice, while also creating an open forum for customers to share experiences and learn from one another.

The Dallas Road Show was hosted in partnership with Automann and supported by Karmak Alliance Partners PhaseZero, Syncron and Elite Extra. Their participation gave attendees additional perspectives on the technologies, services and strategies available to help parts departments improve efficiency and better serve their customers.

“The Parts Road Show is really about creating an environment where our customers can learn from each other as much as they learn from us,” says Marv Moreno, vice president of sales and marketing at Karmak. “Bringing customers, our team and Alliance Partners together gives everyone an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and have conversations that are difficult to replicate in any other setting. The response to our first two events this year reinforces the value of creating more opportunities for that kind of collaboration.”
