Norfolk, Va.-based Tidewater Fleet Supply, LLC, has acquired TNT Parts, Inc., a heavy-duty truck and trailer parts distributor headquartered in Atlanta, Ga.

Tidewater Fleet Supply and and TNT Parts have complementary geographic footprints and product lines, as well as a shared focus on carrying high-quality parts and providing excellent customer service.
With the addition of the TNT locations, Tidewater Fleet Supply says it will greatly expand its footprint throughout the southeastern United States. The combined companies will operate 10 warehouse locations in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton and Richmond, Va., as well as Atlanta, Dublin, and Savannah, Ga., Charlotte, N.C., and Jacksonville, Fla.
All branch locations will offer a wide array of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty truck and trailer parts to support its diverse customer base. Tidewater Fleet Supply says the combined companies will continue to offer the highest level of customer service to provide customers with a ‘one stop shop’ for all fleet requirements.
