The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) announces Humphrey Service Parts has joined the association.
Humphrey Service Parts is a family-owned company in its second generation located in Milwaukee Wis. Also a member of VIPAR Heavy Duty, Humphrey is a small but successful business with the parts, pricing, service and inventory that its customers need in order to help them save money. Humphrey Service Parts says it does its best to make their customers feel welcome no matter what size of fleet they may have. Their customers might have several thousand trucks or just one truck, regardless; Humphrey says it treats them the way we expect to be treated.
Humphrey also prides itself in being a step above other parts suppliers. If a customer has questions about a part or questions about identifying a part, Humphrey has the personnel and resources to help. After all, the company says service is Humphrey’s middle name.
“We are proud to have Humphrey Service Parts Inc. as a new member of CVSN to help us support and educate the industry on key legislative issues like Right to Repair/telematics and welcome their participation in our distributor training initiatives and other programs,” says Angelo Volpe, CVSN executive vice president.
Humphrey Service Parts President Kurt Mason adds, “The main reason for joining CVSN was for the networking opportunities and being part of a larger more established network.”
