Dickinson Fleet Services, along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, has acquired American Fleet Services (AFS) of Baltimore, Md., continuing Dickinson’s rapid growth trajectory within its mobile fleet services offering and further solidifying the company as a service leader in the Northeast Region.
American Fleet Services marks Dickinson’s eighth acquisition since 2017 and the second in 2019, the company says.
