National Credit Card Processing Group, a well-known payment processor with strong ties to the heavy-duty truck parts and repair industries, has been acquired by Florida-based Merchant Lynx Services.
NCCP Group was founded by Peter Brickman in 2019 and has focused heavily on improving the payment acceptance environments of business-to-business (B2B) industries across the country. Since its founding, the business has found great success in the heavy-duty truck parts and service industries. NCCP Group has business partnerships with both HDA Truck Pride and the VIPAR Heavy Duty family of companies and throughout the years has provided both buying groups and their members and stockholders with significant monthly savings when accepting credit cards.
NCCP Group is known as one of the fastest growing B2B payment processors in the country and Brickman says he is excited to continue to focus on the heavy-duty truck parts and truck repair industries for many years to come. He says the heavy-duty industry is one of NCCP Group's largest verticals and through this acquisition, NCCP Group will now have even more products and technology to offer to customers.

“With this deal we are really excited to strengthen our product offerings and continue to focus on these great industries that are vital to our nation's infrastructure,” Brickman says.
NCCP Group's name and day-to-day operations will not be affected by the transaction though Brickman says NCCP Group will now have a larger support team to continue helping businesses to save thousands of dollars a month on credit card transactions.
