Volvo Trucks has reached an agreement with officials in Pulaski County, Va., to acquire county land next to Volvo Trucks’ new 36,000 sq.-ft. Customer Center and its 1.1-mile Customer Experience Track in Dublin, Va. The land acquisition enables the company to extend its track, which currently features on-highway and off-road areas. The company also signed a lease-to-purchase agreement for an additional 221 acres for future use.

The launch of the Volvo VNL series cab has attracted more than 1,000 Volvo Trucks customers and dealers to the Customer Center. Visits to the center and the track remain strong as customers come to see their trucks being built, conduct pilot reviews and test drive the latest Volvo Trucks, according to the company.
