Fontaine Fifth Wheel expands footprint with Summit Truck Group partnership

Summit Truck Group has entered into an agreement with Fontaine Fifth Wheel, making Fontaine the preferred vendor for fifth wheels for new, stock units ordered by Summit. As a priority customer of Fontaine, Summit receives prioritized parts and service support, along with training for Summit’s dealership technicians and technicians employed by the company’s end customers, the company says.

The deal also expands Fontaine’s sales footprint into areas where Summit operates, which includes 31 commercial truck and bus dealerships in Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

“Fontaine has a strong reputation for providing a high level of customer service,” says Steve Dupuis, Summit chief operating officer. “They take care of their customers the way we strive to take care of ours — by fixing customers’ vehicles and getting them back out on the road as quickly as possible.”
