Karmak holds users meeting with W&B Service Company

Updated May 18, 2018

Wb Summit2 300x170Karmak Inc., recently partnered with W&B Service Company, a twenty-location Carrier dealership in Dallas, to host a user group meeting for companies running Fusion.

Fusion, Karmak’s flagship Windows-based business management system, is currently being utilized by over 140 companies at 700+ locations.  The user group meeting was held at the W&B Service facility in Dallas and was limited to 10 Fusion users. Activities included a tour of Fusion use in the dealership, in-depth Fusion training, and updates from Karmak Development, Consulting, and Support Managers, Karmak says.

“Fusion is driving better results and better outcomes for our customers.  Pulling together a group of customers in a forum like this enables open dialogue, sharing of concepts, discussion of best practices – it’s a great opportunity for these operators to step back from the day-to-day grind and really work on their businesses instead of in them,” says Steve Reading, West Coast account director for Karmak.  “Touring the W&B facility and seeing their team in action reinforces how the strategic use of Fusion can improve efficiencies and support operational improvements.  We only succeed when our customers succeed – seeing it live is powerful.”

W&B Service is Carrier Transicold’s oldest and largest transport refrigeration dealer and the nation’s largest full-service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer.  Michele Windle, vice president; Andrew Eagleson, parts operations manager; and Judy Carroll, branch admin manager, provided other Fusion users with hands-on examples of leveraging Fusion in their dealership

“Gathering with other Fusion customers and partnering with Karmak on our solutions helps everyone advance – we all win in these types of environments,” says Windle. In this setting, we were able to talk openly about future needs and integrations that will help with the ease of doing business.  I feel that the future of our industry’s success will be determined through 3rd party integrations and analytics – it starts with Fusion.”
