Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2016 is holding an early registration contest for distributors who plan to attend next year’s conference.
HDAW organizers say distributors who sign up for next year’s conference by Nov. 1, 2015 are automatically entered for a chance to win:
- High Roller Package: This package includes a free Mirage Luxury Suite for the week, round trip limousine service to and from the airport, and VIP line passes. Early registrants have a 1:400 chance to win.
- Tickets to Beatles “Love” Tribute Show: Win one of four pairs of tickets to the Beatles “Love” Tribute Show, to be enjoyed during your stay in Las Vegas for HDAW.
- Mirage Gift Certificates: Win one of five Mirage gift certificates, valued at fifty dollars each.
- Mirage Spa Passes: Win one of four Mirage Spa passes, valued at forty dollars each.
Organizers say distributors signing up for next year’s event also can now defer payment for the conference’s admission fees until Jan. 4, 2016. HDAW will be held Jan. 25-28, 2016, at the Mirage in Las Vegas.
HDAW organizers say online registration for the event is now available at the conference website.
Registration includes an enriched distributor education program, an all-industry opening reception, numerous networking opportunities, the Pinewood Challenge reception, multiple breaks and meals, and a 100,000-sq.-ft. product expo that includes “Happy-Hour” on the show floor both days of the Product Expo. Additionally, HDAW registration includes the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Networking Event for the future leaders of the heavy-duty aftermarket industry on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016.
Organizers say conference registration for exhibiting suppliers is made available when exhibit contracts are approved.
One-on-one meeting participation is limited to exhibiting suppliers and distributors that are members of one of the 14 HDAW sponsor organizations.
Companies that haven’t registered as a supplier for one-on-one meetings can do so by completing the form on the HDAW website.
Registration fees for members of the HDAW’16 sponsor organizations are $595 for the first two individuals and $350 for each additional attendee from the same company. Non-member rates are $875 for the first two registrants and $575 for each additional attendee from the same company.
