
Hunter Engineering and people development program RockED are partnering to deliver targeted microlearning designed to help service advisers build communication skills.

The training will be available through Hunter University, the global learning platform for customers, technicians, instructors and students. RockED will deliver short, practical training content focusing on inspection result presentation, service adviser communication and customer-centered service interactions.
