The following safety recalls were issued Monday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA):
- Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2026 Impact and Carbon recreational trailers equipped with 3000 series patio rail kits. The kits may be missing the angle brackets and the footman loops, preventing the gap panels from being properly attached. Improperly secured panels can increase the risk of injury. NHTSA says 203 units are potentially affected by the recall.
- Micro Bird is recalling certain 2022-2025 MB II, T-Series, and 2021-2026 G5 school buses. The power cable providing electricity to the air conditioning control board may have a loose connection to the power stud on the board. A loose power cable connection may cause the control board to overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire. NHTSA says 2,428 units are potentially affected by the recall.
