Karmak to aid users in hiring with new partnership

Hireology has joined forces with Karmak to help provide an all-in-one hiring solution to its dealer customers.

Karmak says the partnership will help reduce errors and time-wasting that occur from having multiple siloed human capital management tools that many commercial truck, equipment and powersports dealers use today.

“The economy is once again picking up, and we want to help our customers move full-steam ahead,” says Adam Robinson, CEO and co-founder, Hireology. “Through this partnership, Karmak’s customers can capitalize on the hiring rebound with our all-in-one hiring suite.”

As the country rounds the corner on COVID-19, unemployment rates are falling and applicant pools are declining. It’s important to keep pace with the demand of applicants, as well as set your team up for success, as quickly and efficiently as possible. This partnership between Hireology and Karmak will achieve just that, the company says.

“Our customers are finding it increasingly difficult to recruit and hire qualified applicants to fill critical positions that allow for growth and stability,” says Craig Grade, business development director, Karmak. “Hireology is a recognized and trusted staffing solution in our vertical and their applicant CRM solution allows for efficient management of the prospect lifecycle. We are happy to add them to Karmak’s list of partners.”
