HDA Truck Pride has taken the e-commerce plunge.
The company introduced its HDA Truck Pride Store during its Annual Meeting this week in Orlando. The new site was built using PhaseZero’s CxCommerce software platform, which is designed to connect distributors, customers and suppliers, and bring employees and customers closer together.
The platform enables customers to purchase products through an online channel in addition to traditional counter or call-in service. The platform also provides the digital technology to create an efficient and world-class full lifecycle experience, from parts sourcing to ordering and post-order follow-up needs.

"E-commerce is a vital part of doing business today. Our goal is to support our members by providing more efficient, easier to use tools” says Laura Hewitt, vice president of technology, HDA Truck Pride. “We really wanted to enhance the user experience by improving navigation, search capabilities and site performance. The PhaseZero CxCommerce platform allowed us to do that.”
PhaseZero's CxCommerce solution will bring sophisticated digital commerce technologies to HDA Truck Pride members, "where they can focus on growth and becoming more efficient with today’s labor shortages and supply chain issues," adds Ram ChandraSekar, founder and CEO, PhaseZero. The HDA Truck Pride store was in beta testing for months before being formally introduced at this week's meeting. And Hewitt says positive feedback from beta users motivated the company to launch the site now.
