Prokeep, Paccar partner to improve dealer communication

Prokeep is now a preferred technology vendor for Paccar Parts. It serves as a centralized inbox for customer communication with distributors, which it says enables faster response times, increased sales opportunities, a better view of customer history and a way to engage customers.

Prokeep supplies more than 8,000 distributor locations across North America and says it offers a more efficient way to engage their customers.
