PhaseZero announced a suite of new artificial intelligence (AI) agents for the CxCommerce platform on Thursday.
The commerce platform provider designed five AI agents it says are ready to deploy with a low cost to operate. Each tool can be tailored to a business's specific policies, processes and business goals.

The new solutions are:
- A pricing agent provides pricing and sales teams insights into competitive and channel pricing trends to allow teams to increase revenue, margins and revenue per visit.
- An inventory agent gives sales teams quick visibility to alternate products and suppliers for out-of-stock items, reducing lost sales and increasing revenue per visit and customer retention.
- A visual search agent that can make it easy for customers to find products by matching a picture. Merchandising managers can use it to attract new customers and increase conversion rates.
- An SEO agent allows marketing and merchandising managers to achieve top search engine rankings, boost brand and category performance, and track results.
- An insights agent enables sales and marketing managers to explore questions in natural language and get real-time answers to identify sales opportunities, perform data-driven planning and maximize return on investment.
