The Work Truck Show – set for March 6 -8 in Indianapolis – will host two special sessions developed specifically for truck equipment distributors.
The sessions will actually be held the day before the event itself. Scheduled for March 5, “Selling Skills for Truck Body and Equipment Professionals” provides attendees with tools to help create good selling habits, and “Implementing a Lean Management System” teaches techniques owners and managers can use to establish a lean but efficient operation.
March 5 is chock-full of events with the two special sessions, 11 concurrent sessions and Fleet Management Symposium already on the docket. Concurrent sessions that focus on distributor issues include “Simplifying the Complex: Performing Accurate Weight Distribution and Payload Calculations for Work Trucks” and “Staying Clear of Costly Truck Frame Modification Errors.” Both sessions will be led by Richard Toner of Toner Associates
The Green Truck Summit, which also opens March 5, there will be four general sessions, 18 breakout sessions and a keynote address.
