Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC, says popularity its online training portal, www.brake-school.com, has reached an all-time high, as the website now has more than 40,000 registered users from more than two dozen countries.
“People throughout the industry, across roles and job titles, continue to discover the value of the Bendix On-Line Brake School. We hear from these professionals regularly, offering positive feedback and asking that we keep our content pipeline growing – which reinforces the importance of providing current, in-depth technical training,” says Barbara Gould, Bendix director of corporate communications.

Bendix opened access to its knowledge database and technical resources in March 2013. Since then, users have accessed brake-school.com more than 2 million times. The company says it updates content regularly, with nearly 20 new courses developed and added to the curriculum in the past 10 months alone.
Bendix says drivers, technicians, distributors, fleet personnel and owner-operators alike are using for the most current and in-depth technical training available.
More than 70 courses are offered through the Bendix On-Line Brake School. Bendix says a full menu of new courses is scheduled for development and release throughout the upcoming months. A key benefit of brake-school.com is that the tool can be readily integrated into customer training systems, enabling Bendix to present complex systems and components in an understandable, complete way, the company says.
