Glover’s is central Arkansas’ most complete Western Star truck dealership, located in North Little Rock, Ark. Truck Centers of Arkansas says this purchase represents a unique and significant opportunity to enhance the growth of the company, and advance the company’s strategic focus on growing its heavy-duty truck business.
In particular, Glover’s hands off the Western Star franchise to Truck Centers of Arkansas’ North Little Rock location, allowing them to now represent Western Star, and Sterling parts and service, in addition to Freightliner.
The Glover’s Truck location will remain open and focus on transmission and rear end repair. All Glover’s employees affected by the sale have been offered positions at Truck Centers of Arkansas, the company says.
