The NTEA announced Tuesday it will a hold a webinar for its members regarding employee recruitment and retention at 11:15 EST Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017.
NTEA says the webinar, ‘Transforming your workplace to engage your workforce,’ will provide information on what the work truck industry needs to know to successfully compete for talent. As is the case for many sectors, the work truck industry faces stiff competition for skilled labor. The right physical environment, corporate culture and workplace practices can make the difference between keeping and losing your best employees, NTEA says.
The webinar will be presented by Amy Hirsh Robinson, subject matter expert and principal at Interchange Group.
