GenNext and the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) announced Wednesday the 2021 Distributor Training Expo has been rescheduled to Oct. 1-3, 2021. The event was initially scheduled for July 13-15, 2021.
Organizers say the postponement decision was made to increase the likelihood of holding an in-person event without issue. The October event will still be held at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta.
Registration is already open for this year's event, and organizers say early bird pricing will be available for distributors until July 2.
Signing up early saves $100 per attendee for distributors, and distributor companies are allowed to send up to eight people to the event. Additionally, organizers say the training expo is open to all independent aftermarket distributors, though first preference for registration will be given to CVSN and GenNext member companies.
Suppliers who attended the last event have first right of refusal until May 28 to decide if they want to participate again in 2021, then organizers will open up the event to other industry suppliers. Gold and Silver Level sponsorships are once again available, and suppliers are encouraged to sign up ASAP to ensure they receive their preferred sponsorship, organizers say.
