Matthew Boler named chairman of Hendrickson parent company

At a recent board of directors meeting, Matthew J. Boler was elected Chairman of the Board of The Boler Company, replacing his father, John Boler, who passed away in March. Matthew is also president and CEO of The Boler Company.

His election to Chairman ensures that the strategic direction of the company remains unchanged. Boler is committed to the continued pursuit of the vision he and his father shared in overseeing the future success of Hendrickson, the company says.
