The University of the Aftermarket announced Thursday it will hold its next Aftermarket 101 class from May 14-15 in Southfield, Mich.

The University of the Aftermarket says its popular Aftermarket 1 program is specifically designed to help employees better understand how the aftermarket industry is structured and operates. Participants will hear from each level of the supply chain (manufacturers/suppliers, distribution, service dealer) and also learn about industry trends from industry experts. Additionally, May’s course will feature a field trip to visit a traditional warehouse distributor (transportation is provided).

The University says this upcoming class will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 26000 American Drive, Southfield, Mich. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. ET on May 14 and concludes at 12 p.m. ET on May 15.

Registration is now open at www.universityoftheaftermarket.com. The University says to click “Course Calendar” and scroll down until you see “Aftermarket 101.” There you will see a registration link. The price of the program is $735 per attendee, with discounts available to companies that send more than three (fourth and on would be half price).
