Hyundai Translead has announced a new nationwide Preferred Service Provider (PSP) program.

Designed to provide customers with a network of qualified technicians at authorized service facilities throughout the United States and Canada, this program offers Hyundai Translead customers the best possible maintenance service for their equipment, the company says.

Hyundai Translead is committed to meeting customers’ needs by offering the best possible service throughout the life of each product. With more than 130 locations nationwide, the PSP program allows for ease of access and peace of mind when it comes to equipment repairs and maintenance, all while ensuring consistent standard repair times, competitive service rates and a 12-month workmanship warranty.

Each location will have direct access to Hyundai Translead’s Customer Care team for a streamlined warranty claims process. Fostering a company culture dedicated to enhancing consumer satisfaction and building strong relationships is at the core of Hyundai Translead’s values, the company says.

“Our goal is to provide customers with the highest standard of quality service,” says Ora Edwards, director of warranty, Hyundai Translead. “The PSP program’s network of preferred service providers will make every effort to get our customers’ equipment back on the road. Through this partnership with various service locations, including Boss Shops, we are confident that Hyundai Translead’s PSP program will allow us to better serve our customers.”

All Hyundai Translead customers are eligible to participate in the new PSP program.
