NTEA, The Work Truck Association, will hold its Executive Leadership Summit Sept. 24 at Saint John's Resort in Plymouth, Michigan.
A panel of experts will explore the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations in the commercial vehicle industry. Tom Swenson, the director of global regulatory affairs at Cummins, will join presenters from Tradesman Advisors Inc. and Eaton Mobility Group for a State of Emissions Regulations in the Work Truck Industry.
The presenters will discuss how regulations intersect and the specific challenges they pose to the industry, along with implementation timelines and requirements for different vehicle types and classes.
There will also be:
- An industry overview and market forecast, presented by Steve Latin-Kasper, senior director of market data and research for NTEA.
- A panel discussion on chassis design for upfitters and manufacturers, moderated by John Davis, managing director of MotorWeek.
- Strategic insights into commercial vehicle data and trends from Andrew Wrobel, commercial vehicle insight strategist at NTEA.
- A panel on AI in the work truck industry moderated by Davis and presented by Johanna Snider, CEO of Blue Cypress.
