BBB Industries LLC has completed the acquisition of ATSCO Remanufacturing, Inc.
Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Phoenix, ATSCO is a leading remanufacturer of automotive power steering products for the North American aftermarket. The company has a longstanding reputation for product leadership and customer service excellence in the power steering product segment, BBB Industries says.
