Gino Wickman, CEO of EOS Worldwide, featured Detroit Radiator Corporation in recognition of its successful history with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework that it established in 2010.
Pruitt and Bitel were also chosen as panel members at the EOS Worldwide Client Appreciation Event, hosted by Gino Wickman, CEO, EOS Worldwide, and held at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit on April 23, 2015.
“Without a systematic approach in place, or any prior knowledge of what a ‘Visionary’ or an ‘Integrator’ role even meant, I unsuccessfully attempted to be both,”says Pruitt. “As my company grew, I learned that being both did not work as they require two completely different mindsets. I now successfully capitalize on being a ‘Visionary,’ which defines the way I think to a tee. For me, the EOS Visionary/Integrator framework provides a clear roadmap to achieve better strategy impact.”
Four company panel member teams; each with one Visionary and one Integrator, provided advice and shared examples on their own Visionary/Integrator leadership roles separately and their roles together, all with strong relationships that work! Several hundred southeastern Michigan entrepreneurs (EOS Worldwide clients) were in attendance and video footage was shot during the event that will be used for future training.
