Minimizer has hired Katie Joenks and Jen Alm as inside sales representatives, doubling the size of its current team.
“The reason we added Jen and Katie to our inside sales team is to better assist with generated leads through our website, through social media and through our trade shows,” says Sarah Esplan, inside sales manager at Minimizer. “One of our main goals is to retain repeat customers and also gain new customers. We do that through word of mouth. If we provide exceptional service, [customers] are going to tell someone about it.
“We really take pride in that one-on-one approach of helping our customers.”
Minimizer says the new hires bring the company’s total employee number close to 100, and the company says its staff is nearly four times larger than it was just a decade ago.
