Tommy Proctor has been named American Truck Showrooms’ Director of Service at the company’s new Class 8 truck dealership in Newnan, Ga.
Proctor most recently served as Service Manager at the company’s Gulfport, Miss. dealership. Prior to that he worked for Capitol Volvo and Freightliner.
His experience with Volvo and Freightliner brands as well as other Class 8 trucks and Cummins and Detroit engines makes him a great addition to the American Truck Showrooms Atlanta management team, the company says.
American Truck Showrooms opened last month in Newnan, south of the Atlanta airport and offer late model Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner or Peterbilt trucks.
Currently American Truck Showrooms has dealerships in Atlanta and the Mississippi Gulf Coast and plans further expansion within the year to additional cities.
