The Around The Clock Freightliner Group, LLC, has acquired the Howe, Texas based Diamond Service Center.
“We continue to expand the ATC Group’s support services in the region,” John Miciotto, the President & CEO of the Around The Clock Freightliner Group, says. “With the addition of this location in the Howe/Sherman area, we feel we can better serve our customers in Southeast Oklahoma and North Texas.”
Mark Lamont, General Manager of Dallas Freightliner, will oversee the facility with Brent Rowland continuing to act as branch manager.
Lamont, a resident of the Dallas area, has been with the ATC Group for more than a decade.
The Around The Clock Freightliner Group, LLC, owns and operates facilities in Texas and Oklahoma. Formed in July 1977 by Charles K. Bowen, the ATC Group is one of North Americas largest dealer families with Freightliner, Western Star, Fuso and Sprinter franchises.
