NEXIQ Technologies on Monday released eTechnician 2.10, which enables the PC-based solution to provide calibration support for EPA 2013 and newer Cummins engine models, including EPA20 X12 CM2450, L9 CM2450, B6.7 CM2450 and EPA17 X12 CM2350.

“Technicians depend on our eTechnician software for quick access to comprehensive diagnostic support,” says David Shock, NEXIQ Technologies product manager. “eTechnician 2.10 delivers that and much more. For example, this update features support for changeable parameters, including the ability to program automotive mobile regeneration minimum vehicle speed and low idle speed.”

NEXIQ says the eTechnician 2.10 software update also features a number of newly added special tests for EPA 2013 and newer engines, including the AFT Intake NOx Test, AFT Outlet NOx Test, DEF Pump Heater, EGR Delta Pressure Auto Zero, and Air Handling Performance Test.

NEXIQ had previously updated eTechnician to support newer Detroit Diesel engines earlier this month.
