Mack Trucks has made its all-new Anthem available for exploration through the company’s innovative Mack Live Tour experiential platform, providing prospective buyers with personalized, live tours by dedicated product specialists in a virtual meeting environment.
The addition of the Anthem to the Live Tour platform follows the successful introduction of the Mack Pioneer earlier this year, giving customers comprehensive virtual access to both of Mack’s newest truck models from the comfort of their home or office, the company says.
“Expanding our Live Tour experience to include the all-new Anthem demonstrates our commitment to providing customers with innovative, convenient and comprehensive access to our complete product line,” says Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America. “Through the Live Tour platform, customers can explore every detail of the Anthem day cab with guidance from our knowledgeable product specialists, while learning about the full range of configurations available, including sleeper options.”

During these free 30-minute sessions, Mack says its product specialists provide one-on-one virtual tours tailored to each customer's specific interests and operational needs. The platform features a one-way video format maintaining customer privacy, while allowing them to ask questions and direct the specialist’s attention to the features most relevant to their business. Participants can communicate through either audio or chat options, the company adds.
The all-new Anthem, which launched in June 2025, represents a complete redesign that delivers enhanced maneuverability, up to 10% improvement in fuel efficiency compared to legacy models and industry-leading driver comfort. Available in day cab, 44-in., sleeper and 64-in., sleeper configurations, the Anthem offers exceptional versatility for a wide range of applications and operational requirements, Mack says.
The company adds key features customers can explore during the Live Tour include:

- Integrated Curtain Airbag (ICA) system for rollover protection.

“The Live Tour experience allows customers to conveniently discuss the Anthem’s features, trims and options in detail, whether they are considering it for long-distance routes with sleeper configurations or daily operations with our day cab option,” says David Galbraith, Mack Trucks vice president of global brand and marketing. “This simple, personal approach ensures customers understand how the Anthem can meet their specific operational needs.”
The shorter bumper-to-back-of-cab length of 113.5 in., provides exceptional maneuverability for navigating tight spaces, while the dramatically improved forward visibility allows drivers to see approximately 12 ft., closer to the front bumper compared with previous designs. These features, combined with the truck’s fuel efficiency improvements, can translate to approximately $5,000 in annual fuel savings per vehicle, the company says.
