
Dobbs Truck Group has named Jason Wilder as its new CEO, effective March 19, 2026.
Wilder will lead the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence and customer-focused initiatives as Dobbs Truck Group continues its mission to become the nation’s leading heavy-truck dealer.
“Jason Wilder is one of the most capable and respected operators in the commercial vehicle industry, and we are thrilled to welcome him as CEO of Dobbs Truck Group,” says Edward Dobbs, president of Dobbs Management Service.
Wilder brings nearly 30 years of experience in the heavy- and medium-duty truck industry, having spent his entire career in the commercial vehicle dealership space. He joins Dobbs Truck Group from Rush Enterprises, where he advanced from general manager in Atlanta, to COO, overseeing operations across the entire Rush dealer network.
In his new role, Wilder will work closely with the Dobbs Truck Group leadership team to enhance business strategy, strengthen operational performance and continue delivering best-in-class service to customers across the company’s markets.

Outside of work, Wilder enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters, as well as hunting, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors.
